KLODIUS INVESTMENTS LTD. is now subject to sanctions imposed by the NSDC.
The official beneficiary of the firm is a Cypriot citizen, Oksana Kushnir — the wife of Ihor Kushnir, president of Kyivmiskbud (Kyiv City Construction Holding) from 2012 to the present.
The Kyivmiskbud holding is 80% owned by the Kyiv city community, which received dividends of 1.37 million UAH from the holding in 2020, while in 2019 it received nothing.
At the same time, Kushnir’s company KLODIUS INVESTMENTS LTD purchased a private Gulfstream T7-ABC (s 203) airplane (according to NSDC data).
